The ToGiva Authenticity Guarantee
At ToGiva, we believe choosing a fragrance should feel exciting and reassuring. We are committed to offering genuine products with clear descriptions so you can shop with confidence.
Know exactly what you are ordering
Our product pages identify the brand, size and format of each fragrance. Miniatures, testers, perfume oils and gift sets are labeled separately so you can select the product that is right for you.
Clear information about every format
A miniature fragrance is a smaller product format. A tester may have different packaging or accessories, which will be disclosed in its listing. Perfume oils are identified by their actual manufacturer and product type. We do not describe an independently made oil as an original designer fragrance.
Packaging and product differences
Packaging and product presentation can change. If the item you receive appears different from its listing, contact ToGiva so we can review your concern. We will not ask you to assume that a discrepancy is normal without checking it.
